Transfer of Authority

Greetings all!

We welcome CAPT Decker, Chief of Operations from the Deployable Operations Group who is here to witness the Transfer of Authority in which MSST LA/LB will officially relieve MSST Seattle of all duties and responsibilities. Everyone has been working diligently to learn many new procedures in a variety of mission areas.

Hopefully by the weekend crew members will be able to move out of the tents and into their more permanent/private quarters.... though some have adjusted quite well to the tents and may be sad to leave...? This picture was taken a few hours into our departure flight. Laptops, ipods, and zzzzzz's helped to pass the time. Many members have also received mail (the address works!) which has been a big morale boost. Thanks to all in garrison and on the homefront for your outstanding support!
