USO San Diego - Special Event Announcement!

USO San Diego is hosting it's first annual Mother's and Father's Day event this June and we are now accepting nominations.

Please read through the information below for a complete detail of the nomination process. The nomination deadline is next Monday, March 28th.

USO San Diego's ~ An Evening Out
An Evening Out, is USO San Diego's first annual appreciation night in celebration of Mother's and Father's Day to support our local active duty parents.

NOMINATION FORM
All nominations must be submitted back to USO San Diego by Monday, March 28th.

The winners will be chosen based on the essay portion of the form.
The parents will be notified via email the first week of May and the event will be held in June. The notification will include all the details of the event including the date, time and location. An Evening Out will be for the parents only,
no children will be allowed at this event.

Instructions on submitting your nomination:

1. All nominations must be submitted by Monday, March 28th.
2. All nomination forms must be completed in full including the essay question.
3. Submit your completed form and essay via email to BOTH email addresses listed here: development@usosandiego.org and sara@usosandiego.org
4. You must write: An Evening Out Nomination in the subject line of the email. If you do not have this in the subject line of your email, we can't guarantee that it will be processed.
5. Nominations must be sent as an attachment in word or pdf format, please do not type within the body of the email. You will be able to copy and past the information form above into another document for easy transfer.
6. Please no follow-up phone calls – winners will be notified via email the first week of May.
